Individual sessions are a great way to deepen your practice, whether beginner or advanced yogi. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I work to meet the specific needs of each student.

Corporate Wellness Days

Are you looking for a day or session of relaxation & community with your colleagues? Wellness days are a great way to get some time away from work, while helping improve productivity, reduce stress, and improve employee wellbeing.
