Are you looking for some time to pause with your friends or colleagues? Our Moments of Pause - Wellbeing Sessions are a great way to get some time away from hectic schedules, busy holiday vacations, and work, while helping reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
What is it?
Sessions always begin with a moment of pause to settle into the practice
Gentle yoga (light movement) & yin yoga
Breathing practice & final relaxation
Final journaling reflection, where each participant can write down thoughts, feelings, ideas that may have come up during the session. These can be shared or kept to yourself!
What’s Included?
Private, intimate setting for your group
Yoga mat, blanket, blocks
Pen & paper for journaling (feel free to bring your own if you have)
Certified yoga instructor (Mia Kataisto)

2hr session: 65€/person
3hr session: 75€/person

Additional transportation fee (0,59€/km) for locations 15km outside of the center of Muonio.

A note about the sessions:
We all experience this world in our own unique way, and therefore, each of our practices looks and feels different. I strive to bring more accessibility to the practice of yoga, providing variations as we practice together. My intention is to hold space for you to find what feels good for you in your body.
I try to bring variety through different gentle flows, sequencing, and variations into each session. I believe in variety, but also in listening to our own bodies. You are ultimately your own teacher. Props are also used in classes, we make do with what we have, whether it’s blocks, blankets, chairs, walls, or other items.
