Private Forest Yoga Excursions

Itching to get outdoors to experience nature in a completely different way?

Our small group Forest Yoga Excursions are the perfect choice for you. Pause, breathe, and enjoy the incredible energy and nature of the Arctic.

What is it?

  • Our sessions begin with a meditative walk (or snowshoes hike) into the forest to our yoga location

  • We’ll focus on our breath and body during the practice, while also enjoying nature’s energy around us

  • The trees are an important part of the practice, as we’ll use them for support in different poses and movements

  • You can make your practice your own, as I give variations and options for poses

  • Our sessions always end with a final relaxation, before returning to our starting place

IMPORTANT: Forest yoga will be held rain, snow, or shine, unless the temperature is -20C or lower, or if there is strong wind/storm

  • Intimate small group setting (min 4, max 8)

  • Outdoor yoga mat and blanket

  • Tea and cookies after the session

2hr excursion: summer 85€/person; winter 95€/person
3hr excursion: summer 105€/person; winter 115€/person

Please contact us if your desired location is somewhere else in the Muonio/Kittilä/Kolari area. Additional transportation fees will be added to the price (0,59€/km).

Other important info:

  • Excursions are for all ages and genders.

  • Please note that we will be walking on foot into the forest for our practice. Contact me for options regarding accessibility!

  • No prior yoga experience needed.

  • Please wear weather-appropriate clothing.

    • In winter, boots that cover the ankle, layers, and warm clothes are a must. If you have a headlamp, feel free to take it with you.

    • In summer, remember waterproof gear, and hiking boots or comfortable sneakers. (Bring mosquito repellent if necessary)
